Outlook Enrichment’s (outlooken.org/oe) 22nd annual Tee It Up For Sight golf tournament is a day of community, competition and purpose. Registration is now open for the June 3 event at Tiburon Golf Club. To register for the tournament and explore sponsorship opportunities, visit outlooken.org/event/22nd-annual-tee-it-up-fore-sight.

The event delivers far more than a round of golf. Proceeds will help fund Outlook Explorers: Journey Beyond Sight Camp. The six-day overnight camp, held July 19-24 at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, gives youth and teens ages 9-19 who are blind or have low vision a chance to push boundaries, build confidence and connect with peers who share their experiences. Campers participate in adaptive sports, arts and cultural experiences, technology skill-building and recreational outings in a fully accessible environment.

Community members also can extend their support beyond the fairway by getting involved with Outlook Enrichment’s golf simulator practices through the end of May. Sighted volunteers help participants navigate the simulator by relaying on-screen information, assisting with alignment and offering guidance throughout the session, making the sport accessible to everyone. To learn more about this and other volunteer opportunities, reach out directly to Outlook Enrichment at (531) 365-5051.

Events like Tee It Up Fore Sight make it possible for Outlook Enrichment to provide the tools, community and experiences that ensure no one faces vision loss alone. Visit outlooken.org/oe for more information.
