Speaker and Author Dimas Salaberrios to Speak at The Hope Center for Kids Gala
The Hope Center for Kids (hopecenterforkids.com), along with honorary chairs Mike and Robbie Frank and event chairs Jeff and Mary Wilson, are hosting “Rooted in Hope,” the 10th annual gala benefiting “The Hope” at CenturyLink Center Omaha on Friday, October 20.
The event celebrates the transformational work The Hope Center for Kids does in Omaha and Fremont and helps fund the nonprofit’s year-round programs that impact nearly 3,000 children, youth and families. For nearly 20 years now, The Hope Center for Kids has faithfully inspired hope in the lives of youth and children through education, employability, collaboration and faith.
The formal evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and a program at 7 p.m. Worldwide missionary, speaker and author of Street God, Pastor Dimas Salaberrios, will share his personal, dynamic story of being a former drug lord on the run and the courageous mission that provided him with hope and a second chance—and how he has used that second chance for good.
Individual tickets are $100, or a table of 10 is $800. Sponsorship levels range from $1,250 to $15,000 and can be secured at hopecenterforkids.com. For questions, contact Melissa Yahnke at (402) 341-4673, ext. 1028 or melissa@hopecenterforkids.com.
