Kids Can Community Center will host its 11th annual fundraiser luncheon on May 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the CenturyLink Center.  Wells Fargo returns as Presenting Sponsor of the luncheon and Bellevue University returns as the Can Do Junior Sponsor.

At the luncheon, Kids Can will present several “Can Do” awards, recognizing those professionals and youth in our community who are leaders of change.  The event will also feature Keynote Speaker Alejandro Hernandez, who is a Senior Vice President on Wells Fargo’s Government and Community Relations team. Mr. Hernandez is well versed in developing approaches to help companies manage their reputations and best coordinate social responsibility initiatives. He is deemed an expert at identifying and addressing opportunities and issues, and leading efforts to craft company strategies to address the interests of internal and external stakeholders in the United States and markets around the world.

The Kids Can Luncheon raises funds for toddler, preschool, out-of-school, tutoring and mentoring programs for children from 18 months to 13 years old as well as community services including programming for older adults, tax assistance, holiday giveaways, and computer classes.
