On Thursday, September 14, The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary (salarmyomaha.org) will host Tastes and Treasures, an annual fundraiser which benefits local programs and projects of The Salvation Army. The event’s theme is “Providing Hope to All Ages.” It promises an evening of fun, food and philanthropy featuring regional celebrities Juli Burney, humorist, and Michael Lyon, master of ceremonies.

This year’s event will be held at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine St. in Aksarben Village. It starts at 6 p.m. with a social hour and silent auction, followed by dinner and entertainment.

Honorary Chairs for Tastes and Treasures 2023 are S. Scott and Wendy Moore and Dian and Jim Warren, representing two generations of Auxiliary supporters.
