Project Pink’d (projectpinkd.org) provided an unforgettable morning of relaxation and renewal at the UNO Planetarium for breast cancer survivors thanks to Project Pink’d generous donors. Participants relaxed with an immersive sound bathing experience in the tranquility and warmth of the planetarium.
Led by certified yoga instructor and sound healer Tracy Astorino, the session combined the soothing vibrations of sound healing with the calming beauty of the sky. Individuals were guided through a peaceful journey of sound and meditation, offering a restorative escape to help surviors feel grounded, refreshed and connected.
From the moment of diagnosis through end of life, Project Pink’d, Inc. provides tools, resources and a strong network to strengthen and renew the mind, body and spirit of breast cancer survivors in Nebraska and Western Iowa.
