Omaha Kids Against Hunger and the City of Omaha and the Mayors Office are excited to announce on Saturday, March 3, 2012 area companies and organizations are getting together to pack One Million Meals in One Day!
Mark your calendars because on Saturday, March 3rd, you can join them at the Century Link Center in the first annual Million Meal March—they’re packaging 1 million meals in ONE day. That’s right. One million meals.
Come with your family, friends, co-workers, ministry teams, and anyone else in your community. Help us fill the shelves of Omaha area food pantries with over 300,000 meals as well as supporting food programs in Haiti and Africa. In conjunction with your hands-on service, we ask that you donate $75 per person or $900 per team of 12.
