Outlook Nebraska (outlooken.org) is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2025. Over the years, it has evolved into the sole toilet paper manufacturer in Nebraska and the largest employer of the blind and visually impaired in Nebraska and a seven-state region.
Outlook Nebraska is dedicated to empowering individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Outlook Enrichment, a sister company of Outlook Nebraska, empowers people living with vision loss with the skills and tools to achieve their professional and personal goals, providing them with adaptive technology training, arts and culture activities and recreational outings to help people with vision loss be part of an inclusive community.
One way to support Outlook Enrichment’s training, skill-building and emotional support services is by attending the 21st annual Tee It Up Fore Sight golf tournament on Wednesday, June 4, at Tiburon Golf Course. In addition, this event is paired with Outlook Enrichment’s Stanley M. Truhlsen, Jr. Blind Golfer Clinic, an opportunity for community members with limited vision to practice their swing using Outlook’s golf simulator and take to the course in the weeks leading up to the tournament.
Participation in the golf tournament directly funds life-changing programs, helping Outlook provide free and low-cost services to those that Outlook serves. To learn more about Tee It Up Fore Sight, visit Outlook Enrichment’s website at outlooken.org/event/21st-annual-tee-it-up-fore-sight/.
