Outlook Enrichment (outlooken.org) is proud to announce that they are recipients of a Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics for 2022. This was the first time Outlook Enrichment had been nominated.
Outlook Enrichment was chosen for the award after an application process. In their application, they highlighted a number of criteria, including how they work toward a culture of trust through clarity of purpose, empowering employees, and opportunities for growth.
“Here at Outlook Enrichment our mission is empowering people living with vision loss with the skills and tools to achieve their goals. With four out of six team members being visually impaired, we live our mission daily. Every other week we have our all-team meeting and before it begins, we go around and touch base with each person on how they are doing in their home life and work life. If anyone is struggling, we work together to see how we can help. We do not just say we care; we show we care with our coworkers and our consumers,” wrote Nina Rongisch, director of fund development, on their application.
