Open Door Mission (opendoormission.org) is asking for volunteers this summer for numerous positions. You can volunteer individually or as a group. There are many volunteer opportunities, so find the perfect one for you!
Open Door Mission needs volunteers to help in the Outreach Centers with sorting, organizing and shelfing items. They also need volunteers to help serve lunch and dinner in their new Hospitality Center for men, women and children experiencing homelessness. You can make a big impact just by volunteering 2 hours of your time a month. Start by submitting your application online at opendoormission.org/volunteer.
Open Door Mission is a Gospel Rescue Mission that meets the needs of individuals and families while inspiring HOPE for lasting change. Each day, Open Door Mission’s campus offers 917 safe shelter beds to homeless men, women and children, serves over 5,366 nutritious meals and provides preventative measures to more than 1,270 people living in poverty.
