Omaha Community Playhouse’s (OCP) (OmahaPlayhouse.com) long anticipated 100th Season is finally here! Reflecting on 99 years, OCP selected programming that celebrates the unique artistic talent here in the heartland and provides opportunities for legacy performers as well as the next generation of theatre enthusiasts.

“We are thrilled to share this monumental moment in OCP’s history with our valued patrons, talented artists and dedicated volunteers who have built the Playhouse into what it is today – a theatre for the community, by the community,” said Executive Director Rebecca Noble. “Season 100 serves as a vision for the future of OCP – where anyone can see themselves belong.”

Season 100 includes several regional premieres such as the jukebox musical sensation Jersey Boys, Tony Award-nominated musical Waitress and the ever-fascinating true story of Titanic The Musical. Our 100th Season also includes the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning drama Angels in America, Part One: Millennium Approaches, the comedy-drama Dot, an original musical folktale The Old Man and The Old Moon, feel-good musical Jimmy Buffett’s Escape to Margaritaville and the vibrant, big-hearted musical play American Mariachi.
