Nonprofit Association of the Midlands Names 2021 Board of Directors, Executive Committee

The Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM, nonprofitam.org)—representing more than 650 nonprofit organizations in Nebraska and western Iowa—announced its Board of Directors for 2021, including the Executive Committee, as well a new board members and returning ones. The NAM Board of Directors is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction to ensure that NAM continues to strengthen the collective voice, leadership, and capacity of nonprofits to enrich the quality of community life in the region. Serving on the Executive Committee for the coming year are:

  • President – Michelle Zych, Women’s Fund of Omaha
  • Past President – John Levy, William and Ruth Scott Family Foundation
  • President-Elect – Jaymes Sime, MICAH House
  • Secretary – Ralph Kellogg, Lutheran Family Services
  • Treasurer – Kerri Sanchez, The Sherwood Foundation

New board members include Liz Codina, Peter Kiewit Foundation; Shaun Ilahi, Seventy-Five North; and Marysz Rames, Ph.D., Wayne State College. Returning board members include Victoria Grasso, The Cooper Foundation; Anne Herman, AVA Insights; Osuman Issaka, The Simple Foundation; Jerry O’Doherty, Seim Johnson; Carolina Padilla, Intercultural Senior Center; Bryan Schneider, D.A. Davidson; Jennifer Skala, Nebraska Children and Families Foundation; Rob Trebilcock, Bank of the West; and Cammy Watkins, Inclusive Communities.
