Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital (MJE) and the Jennie Edmundson Foundation (JEF, jehfoundation.org) extend heartfelt thanks to donors and employees for their steadfast support throughout the year. In a remarkable show of commitment, 80% of MJE staff have backed vital initiatives like the cardiovascular suite, employee resilience fund, and cancer care in this year’s Employee Caring Campaign.

As the year-end approaches, MJE and JEF shift their focus to community support, seeking contributions for the construction of advanced cardiovascular suites. These suites, equipped with two catheterization labs, will enhance MJE’s capabilities to provide the best care possible, close to home.

Tara Slevin, President of Jennie Edmundson Foundation, emphasized, “Treating every patient as family is our mission. The transformation to state-of-the-art cardiovascular suites will establish MJE as the leading cardiovascular provider in our southwest and western Iowa region.”

The act of ‘giving’ is viewed by the Jennie Edmundson Foundation as a profound commitment to community well-being. Each contribution is seen as a demonstration of support for the hospital’s mission in southwestern Iowa.

As the year concludes, the Foundation urges you to consider a gift to support the construction of cardiovascular suites. To donate or for more information, visit jehfoundation.org or call (712) 396-6040. Your continued support is invaluable.
