NeighborGood (neighborgoodpantry.org) is proud to announce its 2026 Executive Board of Directors, a team of seasoned professionals poised to guide the organization through its most transformative year to date. As NeighborGood prepares to complete its $3.7 million capital project, this new leadership cohort will oversee the final phases of renovation and the expansion of critical food security programs across Sarpy County and Ralston.

The 2026 Executive Board includes:

  • President: Bill Conley – Bringing extensive financial and public
    sector experience, Mr. Conley previously served as the Chief Financial
    Officer for Sarpy County.
  • Vice-President: Becky Jackson – A leader in regional
    healthcare, Ms. Jackson serves as the Manager of Community Health,
    Community Engagement, and Outreach at Nebraska Medicine.
  • Secretary: Christopher Tow – Representing the technology
    sector, Mr. Tow is a Program Manager at Google.
  • Treasurer: Nicole Davis – An expert in financial oversight, Ms.
    Davis is the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Physicians Mutual
    and has previously conducted professional internal reviews for
    NeighborGood.

“Our 2026 executive team represents the best of our community—leaders in finance, healthcare, and technology who are committed to our ‘neighbor helping neighbor’ philosophy,” said Melissa Nelson, Executive Director of NeighborGood. “Their collective expertise is vital as we finalize our 9,100-square foot centralized hub and implement a dignity-driven, market-choice model for the families we serve.”
