Nebraska’s Got Talent announced that auditions are open for the August 25 preliminaries and the Finals on Sept 15. All proceeds from the sale of tickets will be donated to www.TogetherOmaha.org, the area’s premier non-profit homeless prevention agency for over 30 years.
Andy Greenberg and Becki Jelinek, the show producers, announced, “We encourage all singers, dancers, musicians, comedians, jugglers and entertainers from age 5- 90 to enter before August 1st. We will select 120 to compete on August 25 at Burke High School. 15 will be selected for the finals to be held on September15, 2012. Our judges will be well known Omaha celebrities and personalities.”
To qualify for an audition review, please refer them to a posted YouTube video that exists (or post a new one) or send in a CD or DVD to Nebraska’s Got Talent 663 N 132nd street PMB 164 Omaha, NE 68154 with an entry form. As with last year’s show, there will be prizes for the final three and they will perform at this year’s “Fall Home and Garden Expo” held at the Century Link Center on Oct 19-21.
