Driven by its mission to provide quality competition for amateur athletes of all ages and abilities while promoting healthy and active lifestyle choices, the NSC has been a catalyst for community engagement since its incorporation in 1985. Hosting 10 major events and programs, such as the Cornhusker State Games, Lincoln and Omaha Corporate Games, Pumpkin Run and the WellPower Movement, their initiatives benefit over 30,000 Nebraskans annually.
The endowment’s primary goal is to secure a lasting legacy, creating a perpetual source of funding for sports development. This permanent fund will be fueled by philanthropic contributions, sponsorships and community support, ensuring a lasting impact on sports development for generations to come.
