For Mosaic in Omaha (www.mosaicinfo.org), 2023 was filled with an abundance of community partnerships. Through the generosity of the community, they were able to continue to create meaningful lives for people with disabilities, not only through monetary donations and grants, but through in-kind donations and relationships that made a lasting impact on the individuals they serve.
Some examples of ways the community helped to provide a meaningful life include donations of time to volunteer at different events throughout the year, donations of service in collaboration with Mosaic and donations of talent (i.e making warm blankets for the winter and decorating during the holidays). Any method that the community wishes to collaborate with Mosaic is greatly appreciated.
In 2024, Mosaic in Omaha continues to create a meaningful life and will begin a few projects that will include ways to increase mobility both inside and outside their facilities, as well as breaking ground on a garden and Community Inclusion Serenity Park at their Papillion locations. These projects are made possible through the generosity of monetary donations and grants from within our community.
