MLCDC Rebrands, Debuts New Logo & Website
The Midlands Latino Community Development Corporation (MLCDC) is excited to announce the recent unveiling of its new logo and launch of its website, www.midlandslatinocdc.org!
MLCDC’s goal with its collective rebranding efforts was to develop a fresh, appealing and marketable brand that will suit the purpose of the organization as it is grows with the economic development in the Greater Omaha area, and to showcase that effectively an online platform.
MLCDC received a grant from the New Latino Fund in 2016 which allowed for the development of effective communications tools, both internally and externally. MaverickPR, a student-led Public Relations Firm at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, helped with the rebrand of the organization’s identity. Yanira Garcia, who was the chair of the Marketing and PR of the Board of Directors, was responsible for the implementation of the 2016 Marketing plan. Renier Navas, owner of Front & Custom WordPress Development, contributed to the project as the website developer. Special thanks is also extended to the Omaha Community Foundation for their support.
Though MLCDC’s mission, vision and name stayed the same, its logo, website, and social media presence were improved for the betterment of our organization’s presentation, reputation, and presence in the community.
