Malone Community Center has officially launched its Health and Healing program!

The Malone Health and Healing (MHH, www.malonecenter.org) program is dedicated to empowering the overall wellbeing of the community by promoting individual and generational growth in a collaborative and empowering environment. With skilled staff, MHH works to educate and partner with community members and organizations to bring awareness to mental health access to health care and chronic disease, while also providing peer support to individuals to help as they walk their life path.

For the last 66 years, Malone has served neighboring families, youth and the Lincoln community with inclusive, social, cultural, educational and welfare services. With their mission to end multigenerational poverty and vision to create unity and prosperity in Lincoln, they are constantly re-evaluating their programs to ensure the current needs of the community are being met.

The Malone Center started in 1955 as a community center in the midst of the civil rights era as a platform for creating racial and socioeconomic equality.
