On September 12, Keep Nebraska Beautiful (KNB) (knb.org) hosted its 28th annual “Golf for the Environment” tournament at Woodland Hills Golf Course in Eagle, NE. The event, which serves as KNB’s largest fundraiser, saw tremendous success with enthusiastic participation and generous support from the community.

Participants enjoyed exciting contests, raffle drawings, a live auction and plenty of food and drink. The tournament provided a fun and engaging atmosphere while raising critical funds to support KNB’s environmental initiatives.

Thanks to the sponsors, donors and participants, KNB raised substantial funds to continue its mission of promoting environmental conservation across Nebraska. These contributions will help sustain programs such as litter prevention, recycling initiatives and sustainability education.

Keep Nebraska Beautiful extends its heartfelt thanks to all the participants, volunteers and sponsors who made this event possible. Your generosity and dedication to KNB’s cause are vital to the organization’s continued success, and this year’s tournament would not have been the same without your support. The organization is already looking forward to its next tournament, scheduled for September 11, 2025.
