Jennie Edmundson Foundation to Host Annual Dance to the Beat Fundraiser this Month

This month, the Jennie Edmundson Foundation (jehfoundation.org) will host their annual Dance to the Beat fundraiser on February 29 to benefit Methodist Jennie Edmundson’s cardiovascular patients in need of financial support. The event is set to kick off at 7 p.m. at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs (1 Arena Way).

This year’s event will be hosted by the Methodist Physicians Clinic Heart Care Center – Council Bluffs with honorary co-chairs John and Barb Burns. The band Taxi Driver will provide music and entertainment throughout the evening, and guests will enjoy appetizers, a cash bar, amazing raffle prizes, and auction items. Tickets are $30 per person. Dance to the Beat t-shirts are also on sale now for this year’s event.

Jennie Edmundson Foundation has reserved a hotel block at Courtyard by Marriott, 2501 Bass Pro Dr., just steps away from the venue. Available rooms are limited, so call (712) 318-3330 today and mention “Dance to the Beat” to reserve your spot at the discounted price.

The mission of the Jennie Edmundson Foundation is to build a bridge between the community and the hospital to enhance the resources that support Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital in meeting the health care needs of the community. Their team believes in the power of philanthropy to save lives. Support from the community helps make certain the equipment, facilities, programs, services, and education initiatives at the foundation possible in order for them to meet their growing needs.
