After launching its expanded nine month, three-stage program model in 2025, Hero’s Encore has seen strong outcomes in participant engagement,
original songwriting and live community performances. With this momentum, the organization is now focused on scaling its impact and strengthening its operational infrastructure.

Hero’s Encore, a Nebraska-based nonprofit dedicated to guiding Veterans, First Responders and Transitioning Service Members from peer to performer through music, is entering its next phase of growth following a highly successful foundational year.

To support this growth, Hero’s Encore is actively seeking experienced and motivated leaders to join its expanding team. Key opportunities include Director-level roles in development, operations, events and community partnerships. These positions are designed for individuals who are ready to contribute strategically—helping drive fundraising efforts, build partnerships and support the continued expansion of programming and public performances.

“This is a pivotal moment for Hero’s Encore,” said Founder and Executive Director Taylor Ullom. “We’ve built the foundation. Now we are looking for leaders who want to help take this to the next level and be part of something that is transforming lives through creativity, connection and purpose.”
