Host your own baby shower to bless babies and new mothers experiencing homelessness. Gifts of new baby items will help new moms during what can be a difficult time. Shop Lydia House’s registries to have the items shipped directly to Open Door Mission (opendoormission.org). Items in need include: pacifiers, strollers, car seats & booster seats, baby shampoo, bottles, onesies, baby bathtubs, Pack N Plays, high chairs, gentle laundry detergent and jumpers.
One can also drop off items at Open Door Mission’s donation drop off locations from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
