Goodwill (goodwillomaha.org) now has 16 different locations throughout Omaha! Many people know Goodwill for its retail shopping but do not know that the revenue from those purchases support a mission. Goodwill employs over 700 individuals in the community, and provides job placement and job readiness programs to help anyone in the community find work or advance their careers, and this new location will continue to honor and support that mission.
To celebrate this amazing milestone, Goodwill hosted a breakfast reception on Thursday, October 10. The breakfast was to show appreciation for everyone who helped Goodwill to open 16 locations in Omaha and so many more locations throughout the nation. Goodwill thanks you for your support!
Goodwill is humbled to have helped thousands of individuals in Omaha earn a living over the years. In 2023 alone, they placed 208 jobs in the Omaha community outside of Goodwill and rose over $3 million retail dollars to support mission programs. Learn more about their mission at goodwillomaha.org.
