A golf tournament and dinner are set for May 27 to raise money for programs and services that support the spiritual well-being of residents at Good Samaritan Society – Millard. The event, a first for the center, will be held at Fox Run Golf Course in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Registration for the four-person scramble begins at noon with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Participants can learn more and register for the event by visiting www.good-sam.com/millard. The registration deadline is May 13.
The Good Samaritan Society – Millard’s mission is to share God’s love through the skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, specialized therapy programs and other services that are offered to seniors in the community. The center has a full-time pastor and many spiritual ministry programs, including daily worship service and personal visitations that support and promote emotional, social and spiritual health and play a key role in promoting well-being.
