Firefly (firefly.kids) is proud to announce that its annual Fall Flannel Fling, held September 27, was a resounding success. The event brought the community together for an evening of warmth, laughter and purpose, while supporting programs that strengthen families and children across our region.
Guests enjoyed live music by Spare Change, whose energy and talent helped create an unforgettable atmosphere. The event was made possible thanks to the generous support of sponsors: First Interstate Bank, Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital Council Bluffs, Mutual of America, Bland and Associates, Community Foundation for Western Iowa, American PCS, Black Hills Energy and Baird Holm LLC.
Proceeds from the Fall Flannel Fling directly support Firefly’s mission to provide critical services in family support, public health and literacy across an eight-county area. Because of the investment of attendees and sponsors, more families will thrive, more children will succeed and the entire community will shine brighter. The Fall Flannel Fling is more than just a celebration; it’s a testament to what they can accomplish when their community comes together for a greater cause.
