FAMILY, Inc. Awarded UNbelievable Workplaces for Third Consecutive Year

For the third year in a row FAMILY, Inc. (www.familyia.org) is excited to announce that they are one of Council Bluffs’ 25 awarded UNbelievable Workplaces. UNbelievable Workplaces is an employee engagement and satisfaction program; developed and managed by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. The program focuses on ensuring their business is a human-centered workplace. Understanding the culture of their workplace is the best way to increase employee engagement and strengthen the workforce attraction and retention efforts.
