MSCB, Inc. –Bringing Main Street to Council Bluffs – has received notice from the Internal Revenue Service of its status as an exempt charitable organization as defined in IRS code 501(c)(3).
Local business people and volunteers are behind a movement to create a more vibrant experience in downtown Council Bluffs are proud to announce that years of organizing are beginning to pay off. Partnership with other Council Bluffs’ organizations, as well as government officials and citizens, will further propel revitalization of the historic, downtown areas, which benefits everyone living and working in Council Bluffs.
