Completely KIDS (completelykids.org) is excited to host its annual fundraiser, Pinot, Pigs & Pours, on Thursday, September 18, at Champions Run. This lively event supports all of the organization’s programs that serve nearly 3,000 Omaha-area KIDS and families, including vital efforts like the Weekend Food Program.
Guests will enjoy an evening of food, wine and fun with bites from some of Omaha’s top chefs, each serving up gourmet, pork-inspired creations. The menu is paired with a curated selection of wines, plus whiskey, bourbon, tequila and more. The evening is designed for guests to relax and enjoy, and there’s no additional fundraising ask once you arrive. Your reservation is your donation.
Proceeds from the event benefit Completely KIDS’ full range of services, including after-school enrichment, teen employment training, mental health support, family education and the Weekend Food Program, which helps ensure KIDS have access to nutritious meals over the weekend when school meals aren’t available.
One highlight of the night is the on-site Wine Shop, which is guests’ one opportunity to make purchases during the event. There, they can buy bottles of their favorite pours from the evening’s tastings. Whether it’s a new discovery or a tried-and-true favorite, every bottle purchased helps fuel the mission of Completely KIDS, with all proceeds going directly back to the organization.
