Comedian Jeff Dye Returns as Headliner for Child Saving Institute’s Cabaret 2019
Child Saving Institute’s (CSI; childsaving.org) board of directors and guild board will present its biggest fundraiser of the year, Cabaret 2019, on Saturday, May 11 at 6 p.m. at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District, 222 N. 10th St., The event will feature the return of comedian Jeff Dye. Dye was such a hit at Cabaret 2018 that CSI is bringing him back and with all new material!
Dye is a nationally-touring comedian, actor, host, prankster, and Bigfoot enthusiast. Since June, Dye has been guest co-hosting Access Live for NBC, he finished filming the feature film The Wedding Year with Director Robert Luketic, and he shot an episode of The Brian Regan Show for Netflix. Dye has hosted NBC’s Better Late than Never for two seasons, which followed Henry Winkler, William Shatner, Terry Bradshaw, and George Foreman as they traveled across the world on an adventure of a lifetime.
Tickets and tables are available for this laughter-filled evening that includes cocktails, dinner, and Dye’s show. Event chairs are Addie and Robert Hollingsworth, co-chairs are Melanie and David Hecker, and the honorary chair is a friend of CSI.
Funds raised from the evening support Child Saving Institute’s quality programs, including parenting workshops, an emergency shelter for youth, therapy, older child adoption, foster care, and developmental early childhood education.
