BLUEBARN Theatre Presents “Act of God”
Ring in the holidays this year with Act of God by David Javerbaum at the BLUEBARN Theatre (bluebarn.org). Performances are November 23 through December 16, Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m.; Sundays November 25 and December 2 at 6 p.m. and December 16 at 2 p.m.; and Wednesday December 5 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. This show is generously sponsored by Omaha Steaks.
The supreme being Himself finally returns, and just in time for the holidays! In this “hilariously holy” limited engagement, God descends upon the BLUEBARN stage along with His angels, Michael and Gabriel. He’ll answer the eternal questions. He’ll set the divine record straight. He’s got ten new commandments, and He’s got jokes!
Every holiday season, BLUEBARN features the Giving HeARTS Tree to benefit the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging. Ornaments containing gift wishes of ENOA clients invite audience to be an elf for the elderly by fulfilling their gift wishes this holiday season.
Want to spice up your holiday office party? Groups of 10 or more receive 20% off the regular ticket price. Contact director of patron services Ashley Spessard at aspessard@bluebarn.org to make reservations.
The BLUEBARN Theatre has been bringing professionally-produced plays to area audiences since 1989. Since its inception, BLUEBARN has produced over 100 plays and has established itself as Omaha’s professional contemporary theatre company.
