Bags of Fun Omaha Presents Derby Days Fundraiser, First-Ever Golf Tournament
Bags of Fun Omaha (bagsoffunomaha.org) is pleased to announce two exciting upcoming events to keep on the calendar!
On Saturday, May 7, Bags of Fun is presenting their Derby Days Bourbon Bash Fundraiser from 5 – 9 p.m. at Wine 121, 12100 W Center Rd. Activities will include bourbon and bourbon barrel wine tastings, derby viewing, chef-prepared appetizers by Chef Dan Benigno of Chef Around the Block, desserts by Pastry Chef Kirby Delgado of Kirb Kakes Bakery, consulting by Nick Bartholomew of Dandelion Pop-Up, live music by McCabe and Blake, and a silent auction. Attendees are encouraged to wear fun derby attire, and there will be a prize for “Best Hat”. Registration is $100 per person and limited to the first 55 people who sign up at bagsoffunomaha.org.
Next, on Monday, June 6, Bags of Fun will hold their very first Bags of Fun Omaha Golf Tournament, presented by Landmark Performance Homes. The tournament will be held at Indian Creek Golf Club in Elkhorn. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 11 a.m. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
