Sessions range from 15 to 60 minutes and cover key topics like risk factors, warning signs and healthy aging.

- Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body (30/60 mins): Learn about research-backed lifestyle choices—diet, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement—to promote brain health.
- 10 Warning Signs (30/60 mins): Understand common dementia warning signs, how to address memory concerns, and the importance of early detection.
- Dementia Conversations (30/60 mins): Get tips for discussing tough topics like medical visits, driving, and financial planning with loved ones.
- Understanding Alzheimer’s & Dementia (30/60 mins): Explore the impact of Alzheimer’s, stages, risk factors, current research and available treatments.
- Awareness Presentation (15 mins): A brief introduction to the Alzheimer’s Association, its resources and ways to get involved.
- Managing Money – A Caregiver’s Guide to Finances (60 mins): Learn tips for managing someone else’s finances, how to prepare for future care costs and the benefits of early planning.
