Abide (www.abideomaha.org) just completed the renovation of a new Lighthouse on N. 42nd St. and Larimore Ave.! Part of Abide’s strategy to revitalize Omaha’s inner city is to train and equip leaders to reside in the community to connect with neighbors and build relationships and a sense of community.
Throughout the whole month of October, Abide will be offering their Game Changer on Demand Virtual Experience. This fundraiser is an on-demand virtual experience tailored to be unique for each person. Join Abide as they cast vision and share how they will continue to bring revitalization to North Omaha.
To recap the month of September, on September 7, Abide hosted a Leadership Lunch as a follow-up to the Global Leadership Summit they hosted in early August. Over 65 community leaders from across Omaha gathered to network and encourage one another to build healthy personal, relational and professional disciplines. On September 16, the Arise women’s conference was held in the gym of Abide’s campus. The day included worship, speakers and a drama, along with vendors, ministry booths and food trucks.
