The Willis Foundation will host the 2nd Annual Kathy Tinley Payne Memorial Golf Tournament on Fri., Sept. 21, at Eagle Hills Golf Course in Papillion, NE.  The tournament will tee-off with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.  This year, event proceeds will benefit Women’s Center for Advancement, a local non-profit with the mission of helping women and their families build lives of strength, growth and self-sufficiency.
