On November 15th, at Midwest Neurosurgery, four leading Omaha health, fitness, and medical professionals will deliver the seminar, ‘Mom’s Health Expo’, as a community awareness and fundraising event for Abide Network.

“The purpose of this event is to teach Omaha metro residents—particularly mothers and mothers-to-be—a proven strategy for achieving their health and fitness goals all while raising money for a great charity that I feel strongly about,” explains DeVetter Fitness owner, Chas DeVetter, a certified fitness professional who has helped hundreds of Omaha metro residents.

Dr. Keith Lodhia, neurosurgeon and spine specialist at Midwest Neurosurgery, Dr. Patricia Ryan, founder and medical director of Alternatives, and Dr. Mark Carlson, an OB-GYN at Methodist Women’s Hospital will also be in attendance to share tips and information on their programs for helping current and expecting mothers.

The Mom’s Health Expo seminar and fundraising event for Abide will begin at 7 p.m. at Midwest Neurosurgery at 8005 Farnam Drive.  All Omaha and surrounding area residents over 13 years of age are invited. There is no cost to attend other than a small $10 donation to Abide at the door.
