Through the generous support of members and sponsors, the Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA, www.moba.com) is proud to present a $9,000 donation to The Builders Foundation to benefit their Builders of the Future (BOTF) program. Funding for this program was raised during MOBA’s Annual Golf Outing and will help to assist BOTF in providing a hands-on, builder mentored construction experience to high school students throughout Nebraska.

For 29 years, BOTF has been serving Nebraska’s construction industry through trade-specific educational opportunities for high school and community college students. To date, BOTF has provided hands-on, builder-mentored construction experience to over 5,000 high school students. BOTF helps expose and assists in training over 500 students per year in 36 Nebraska high schools to become new workers in the construction industry.

The Metro Omaha Builders Association was chartered in 1946 and is a not-for-profit organization that was established to promote and protect the home building industry. MOBA members are builders/developers and their trade partners who are dedicated to preserving integrity through high professional standards and sound business practices in the industry. MOBA is well known for producing the Street of Dreams, the Omaha Home Show, Remodel Omaha & Outdoor Living Tour, and the Parade of Homes. For more information, visit www.moba.com.
