On July 1, Mike Bunach transitioned into the position of executive director at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA, neneca.com) Nebraska Chapter. Since November 2020, he has been fulfilling the role of the Chapter’s assistant manager, while also learning the executive director’s roles and responsibilities. Mike has enjoyed taking part in contract negotiations, labor management, appeals boards, and fiduciary training. He currently sits on two trusts, Greater Nebraska and Omaha. Overall, he is grateful for any opportunity to be of service to those providing quality electrical services throughout the Great State of Nebraska.
“It is great to be a part of such a wonderful group doing so much!” said Mike. “If you or someone you know is interested in a career in the electrical industry, please have them reach out to me. We will be needing hundreds of new workers over the next few months.”
