Heartland Women’s Network (www.heartlandwomensnetwork.com) will hold their next monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 19. Stephanie Olson, speaker, author, and CEO of The Set Me Free Project, will be the featured speaker. The meeting, which begins at 11:30 a.m., will be held at the College of Saint Mary.

The Set Me Free Project is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring prevention education to youth and families to stop human trafficking before it begins. Their curriculum is informative, interactive, and flexible – reaching students (3rd – 12th grade), educators, parents, and leaders in every facet of our communities. Olson has extensive training in human trafficking prevention, education, and social media safety. During her presentation, she will discuss the dangers surrounding human trafficking in Nebraska, and she will share ways to prevent trafficking in our community.

Heartland Women’s Network provides the structure women in the Heartland need to grow professionally and personally. Monthly lunch meetings feature engaging speakers on topics of interest to members, along with networking opportunities. Monthly luncheons include time for networking and are open to non-members.
