Summit Dental Health, a new Dental Service Organization in the Omaha, NE and Siouxland region, recently hosted a unique team and culture building event for all of its team members.
Brian Biro, the “Breakthrough Coach,” came and presented to the team how to set a vision and breakthrough any obstacles in the way of fulfilling that vision. Team members wrote obstacles on a one inch thick piece of wood and with coaching from Brian, broke through the wood and obstacle with his or her hand.
Summit Dental Health was formed in 2014 through a partnership with local small DSO’s and independent dental offices in an effort to better serve the dental needs of the community. By partnering together as a network, patients can enjoy the benefits of the groups working together such as, more insurance plan acceptance and evening and weekend appointment times.
Summit Dental Health has 13 locations throughout Omaha, South Sioux City and Sioux City and was named “Best of the Big O” in 2015.
