See The Trainer Partners with Nebraska Cancer Specialists, Utilizes Juzo USA
Over the past few months, See The Trainer Midwest (seethetrainer.com/location/omaha-ne) has partnered up with Nebraska Cancer Specialists’ Occupational Therapy (OT) program in Legacy. See The Trainer has become their new “go-to” for sending patients to get medical compression garments. Upon joining forces, See The Trainer was introduced to Juzo USA, a medical compression garment manufacturer.
Juzo USA has been helping patients in America since 1980; however, the company Juzo has been manufacturing compression garments for over 100 years. Juzo compression garments are of the highest quality and are different than “regular” compression garments in many ways. First, all Juzo products are latex-free. Not only does this reduce the risk of allergic reaction to the products, but products made without latex also have a longer shelf life. Instead, they are made from Lycra®, a synthetic compression fiber that resists wear and tear. Juzo products are also meant to be washed and dried by machine. As opposed to latex garments and garments made of other materials, the Lycra benefits from the tumbling of a machine wash. The laundry cycle allows the material fibers to open up and to be cleaned more in depth. The heat from the cycle also helps to returns the garment to its original form, instead of it being stretched out from the most recent period of usage.
