The Wellness Council of the Midlands and Live Well Omaha are presenting the Sixth Annual Omaha Health Summit on Thursday, October 17th at the Hilton in downtown Omaha. This is a collaboration between two key health and wellness organizations, committed to making Nebraska communities some of the healthiest in the nation.  This year’s Summit theme, “Improving our Community’s Health for 24 hours of every day: Families, Schools, Businesses,” considers health and wellness needs of our community holistically. Breakout sessions will help both community members and business professionals engage with this community’s first ever Community Health Improvement Plan.  Keynote, Tyler Norris, social entrepreneur and trusted advisor to philanthropies, health systems, governments and collaborative partnerships working to improve the health of people and places, will tie it all together and give each person at the conference actionable steps to improving the health of our community. This is a day you won’t want to miss!  Visit http://omahahealthsummit.com/ to register.  Members of Live Well Omaha and the Wellness Council of the Midlands receive discounted registration rates!
