The Nebraska State Recycling Association is seeking proposals to conduct a recycling study for the State of Nebraska.  The study will assess the level of recycling services available in communities in the state and quantify the amount of material diverted from disposal through recycling and composting operations in the state.  The study will establish a baseline of recycling services in the state and identify service gaps that exist by region.  A series of meetings will be held to report the findings of the study and discuss strategies that might overcome barriers and fill the service gaps.  Proposals are due Monday, July 15, 2013 at 5:00pm.

A copy of the Request for Proposals can be obtained at www.recyclenebraska.org. For more information, please visit the website or contact Deb Rost at (402) 933-3059.
