Hillcrest Health Services Presents “The Dimensions of Dementia” Series

On February 27 at 5:30 p.m., Hillcrest Health Services (hillcresthealth.com) will host Dimensions of Dementia, a free educational seminar open to the community about what a dementia diagnosis entails for families. The seminar will take place at the Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge, located at 6021 Grand Lodge Ave. in Papillion. Dr. Anna Fisher, a nationally-renowned dementia expert and director of education and quality for Hillcrest, will present the best practices for communication and non-pharmacological approaches to care for a loved one with dementia. She will also touch on how care must change once dementia is confirmed. Refreshments will be provided.
