Midwest Geriatrics Inc., Immanuel Communities, and Leading Age Nebraska are joining together to host a special screening of the award-winning documentary film “I’ll Be Me”.  Three years ago, Glen Campbell was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and expected to hang up his guitar to prepare for the worst. Instead, Glen and his wife went public with the diagnosis and announced that they and their family would set out on a goodbye tour. Glen Campbell…I’ll Be Me documents this extraordinary journey to 151 concert venues over two years as they navigate the unpredictable nature of Glen’s disease using love, laughter, and music to celebrate and embrace Glen’s life and musical legacy.  The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with Kim Campbell, Glen’s wife and James Keach, the Producer.  This invitation-only event will be held at the Aksarben Cinema on Thursday, February 19th.   Midwest Geriatrics Inc. and Immanuel Communities are committed to providing compassionate care and support for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.
