Area exercise enthusiasts are witnessing the power of popular demand! Turner Park’s Wednesday Warm Up/Cool Down fitness series is adding nine more dates, extending the schedule through September.

Prairie Life Fitness’s high-powered Wednesday Warm Up / Cool Down event features outdoor group workouts that are free and open to the public. (You do not need to be a Prairie Life member to attend.)

Participants meet at the Pavilion stage at 5:30 p.m. and exercise in Turner Park for an hour. Afterward, they can shift to the “cool down” portion of the evening for dinner and drinks at Midtown Crossing restaurants.

All of the Wednesday Warm Up / Cool Down sessions feature a specific type of workout: September 2 – Pound, September 9 – Zumba, September 16 – Turbo Kick, September 23 – Yoga, and September 30 – Insanity.
