The benefit, which encompasses ten weeks of paid time off for both mothers and fathers, is applicable for employees of CQuence Health Group as well as Cassling and Ensocare, the two healthcare companies under its umbrella.

The benefit will be given to all full- and part-time employees of CQuence Health Group, Cassling and Ensocare who have been with the companies for 12 or more consecutive months. The paid parental leave will be applicable for any person who has given birth, has a spouse or partner who has given birth, has adopted a child, has been placed with a foster child.
