Omaha Metro American Heart Association Emergency Cardiovascular Care Training Centers are teaming up to offer free, half-hour CPR trainings June 9, at Crossroads Mall.

Registration is free and open to the public This CPR training is for all ages, individuals and families. Register by June 1 online at www.heart.org/omaha or at (402) 346-0771, ext. 14. Walk ups are welcome on a space-available basis.

During registration, choose one of eight, half-hour sessions: 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Trainings are taught by certified American Heart Association instructors, although this is not a CPR certification course.

Attendees will receive a Family and Friends CPR booklet and a wallet-size course attendance CPR card. A limited number of CPR Anytime training kits will be given away at each session and attendees can buy raffle tickets for a variety of prizes for a $2 donation.
