The American Heart Association invites you to put your heart first and Go Red Sept. 18 at the Go Red For Women Expo presented by Methodist Health System.

The Go Red For Women Expo opens at 4:30 p.m. with registration, health expo, breakout sessions, and “purse-inality” silent auction. At 6:30 p.m., guests will enter the ballroom for dinner and an inspirational program which includes a keynote address by Dr. Joann Schaefer.
In addition to arming guests with information to live heart-healthy lives, Omaha’s Go Red For Women Expo aims to raise $200,000 for the cause. Thanks to the effort of the American Heart Association and the Go Red For Women campaign, more women are aware that heart disease is their leading health threat and are taking preventative steps. The campaign continues to raise awareness of heart disease among women and fund critical medical research and professional education.
