Dog Days in December: NALA and The Artemis Project Partner to Rescue 71 Pets

NALA (www.nalarescue.org) honored Dog Days in December by rescuing 71 dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens from their AR rescue partner, The Artemis Project. These pets are cleaned up, fed, and receive a check-up while they wait for their forever family. Terry Larson with Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue also assisted NALA in saving these pets and giving them another opportunity. All animals are available for adoption and can be found on NALA’s website or their Facebook (@nalarescue).

NALA’s mission is to revolutionize the way people think about animals and animal rescue, and educating them about the dangers of puppy mills and the realities of backyard breeders. They work to provide loving homes to all dogs and cats that they encounter, including the feral, unwanted, damaged, and the lost. NALA believes that every living creature deserves love and has so much love to offer. They approach this mission through their core values of love for all living things and faith that our culture can change, creating a world where rescues are no longer needed.
