Cooper Wilson Joins R&R as Commercial Brokerage and Development Manager
R&R Realty Group (R&R, www.rrrealty.com) is pleased to announce the arrival of Cooper Wilson to the growing brokerage arm of its Nebraska division. Cooper joins R&R after spending more than three years in Omaha’s commercial real estate brokerage industry. In his new role, Cooper will be responsible for managing the office and industrial leasing across R&R’s Nebraska portfolio. In addition to leasing activities, Cooper will assist with business development, acquisitions, third-party representation, and property management efforts.
“Cooper is a strong addition and joins us at a critical time as our Nebraska division is experiencing significant interest and growth in both our office and warehouse developments,” said Mike Homa, president of R&R’s Nebraska Division.
Cooper is a 2018 graduate of Creighton University’s Heider College of Business, where he received a double major in finance and marketing. Outside of the office, he is actively involved as a board member for the Mount Michael Alumni Association, a member of several economic development advisory groups within Omaha’s Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers as a youth soccer coach. An avid athlete, you can usually find Cooper playing a variety of sports, including golf and soccer. Off the field, he enjoys international travel and has visited more than eight different countries in the past several years.
